Namesake

Just for fun, I looked up Margot's name on the list of the 1000 most popular baby names this decade to see where she scored.

Her name wasn't on there. No Margot or Margo or Margaux. I find this a little hard to believe, since I know a Margo and another Margot who were both born within the past three years. Maybe they were the only three this decade?

Brodie and Claudia fared slightly better, scoring at #635 and #264, respectively (that's this decade, not our birth decade).

So Margot wasn't on the list, but America (for a girl) scored at #488, with 4105 people naming their daughters after Mr. Vespucci. And Sincere (for a boy) scored at #714, with 1828 babies named.
